Muay Thai, the art of eight limbs, is Thailand’s legendary striking art: punches, kicks, knees and elbows combined with world-class conditioning. At Gracie Humaita Hemet, our Muay Thai program builds sharp technique, serious cardio and real confidence, in a safe and welcoming environment.
Classes are open to kids and adults, from complete beginners to experienced strikers. You will learn proper stance, footwork, pad work and combinations while getting in the best shape of your life. Pair it with our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program and you have the complete martial artist’s toolkit.
