Gracie Humaita Hemet Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
The Gracie Humaita Hemet Loyalty Program (the “Program”) sponsored by Gracie Humaita Hemet (“Gracie”) is designed to help you get the most out of your membership.
These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Gracie and will govern your participation in any Program offers.
Effective May 1, 2018, this Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by Gracie.
Your account (the “Account”) is automatically enrolled in the Program and is subject to these Terms and Conditions unless and until we notify you otherwise. You do not need to have a subscription to earn Points in the Program.
Earning Gracie Points
Once you have become a Member, you can begin racking up Gracie awards the following ways:
- As long as your account is open and in good standing with no late payment during 12 consecutive months, you will be awarded $5 off on each monthly fees* during the following 12 months.
- Not cumulative with other offers, will not be awarded to Members who elect to use other discounts such as Family Packages or any promotional campaigns which currently grant to you a discount on your monthly payment.
- Refer friends — earn $25 credit to your account for every friend who becomes a member of Gracie.
What happens to my Reward if my Account becomes delinquent?
If your Account is not in good standing (for example, if your Account is delinquent) or you are otherwise in violation of the Membership Agreement or Gracie Rules, you will not be able to redeem your Reward.
While your account is delinquent, we reserve the right to redeem the Rewards associated with your Account for a Cash Reward and apply it as a credit to the outstanding balance of your Account at any time and without notice.
Any Cash Reward applied to your Account will reduce your balance, but does not constitute a payment under the terms of the Membership Agreement and will not change the delinquent state of your Account.
Upon delinquent, all Points accumulated during previous periods will be forfeited, returning to the initial monthly fee detailed in the membership agreement.
What happens to my Reward Points if I close my Account?
If your Account is open and in good standing, and you elect to voluntarily close your Account, you may keep your Reward Points under this Program for 180 calendar days from the date your Account is closed by previous notice to Gracie Humaita Hemet. Any Reward Points not redeemed within such time period will be forfeited.
Is there any limit to the amount of Reward Points I can earn?
The accumulated discounts in monthly fees along the years are limited to 20% of the initial value of the membership (Initial monthly fee).
You can not redeem points for more than the full amount of your purchase or monthly fee. Points are not redeemable for cash.
Can Gracie change these Terms and Conditions, terminate this Program, or deny my participation in this Program?
Yes. We reserve the right to terminate this Program or to change, delete from, or add to these Terms and Conditions. We will notify you of any changes to the Program, and will provide you 45 days’ notice of any changes we deem to be significant and adverse to you.
Gracie may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Gracie may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Gracie reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if Gracie deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Gracie to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Gracie makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Gracie shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or intent of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
